Fexton ManjaHaving leadership skills coupled with knowledge of community mobilization; organization and capacity experience for building community development; and a background in accounting and finance, Fexton has almost a decade of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL). He is passionate about efficient delivery of development programs to uplift rural livelihoods and graduate them from poverty.

With good coordination, supervisory and team management skills coupled with analytical, conceptual, negotiation, and report writing skills, Fexton is a self-starter, resourceful, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision and able to work in a team and establish and maintain effective working relations with persons of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

Fexton says, “I love working with WWFA because it aligns with my passion in the provision of sustainable and adaptive WASH programs to people in hard-to-reach areas. I understand that to achieve sustainable development, WASH is key as it is fundamental to health and a healthy citizenry contributes better to development at individual, community, and national level.
