Country Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall management and leadership of the country’s office.
- Ensuring quality output by maintaining oversight on the implementation of program activities.
- Ensuring compliance to internal processes such as annual planning, annual reporting, develop strategic planning, and ensure proper compliance with statuary regulations.
- Developing partnership with other national and international organizations to coalesce around strategic issues of common interests and benefits.
